2024 Wasatch County Republican Nominating Convention

In this crucial nominating convention, county delegates play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership of Wasatch County. Their votes will determine the candidates for key positions, including Wasatch County Council Seat B, Wasatch County Council Seat D, and the Wasatch County Assessor. As representatives of the party, county delegates bear the responsibility of selecting individuals who embody the principles and values integral to the Republican Party. The outcomes of these votes will not only influence the direction of local governance but also reflect the collective voice of Republicans in Wasatch County.
We will also have candidates from various parts of the state attending, offering county delegates a unique chance for a meet and greet. This serves as a platform for delegates to engage with candidates beyond Wasatch County. The meet and greet session will facilitate valuable conversations, allowing delegates to make informed decisions as they collectively contribute to the democratic process and the selection of candidates who align with the principles cherished by the Wasatch County Republican Party.
In order to conduct voting, delegates need to obtain credentials and specific voting ballots. There will likely be about 250 county delegates. Going through the lines to do this takes time and work from everyone present, so please, please arrive at 6:00 p.m. on April 2nd. We will do our best to have multiple lines and sufficient staff to accommodate a group of 250+.
